Boxing Research, Quantifying the sports energetics and metabolics

All advice given at Combat-Sports-Performance is scientifically backed. This is possible by reading the constantly changing literature from a wide range of areas and relating them to combat sports. As well as reading the literature, Combat-Sports-Performance also conduct and publish research of their own. If you have a specific research question you would like answered this can be undertaken by our in-house research team, feel free to email us with any questions and requests. This page is used to highlight some of our research that has been published... There is always more coming just round the corner.
