Below is a sample list of a few of the papers we have found useful while working with combat sports athletes. Please note though while they were useful they are not all 'GOOD' papers many have errors or flaws in their methods, results or conclusions so you must pick only the reliable parts, read with caution! Feel free to get copies of some of these papers yourself, you needn't read them all though! For a full, rounded, non-biased understanding of what these papers and many more mean, is exactly what consultation with Combat-Sports-Performance is for.
