Video analysis is often associated with team sports such as football, where players can be tracked and stats such as distance covered, tackles made and successful passes can be compiled. Video analysis can also be a helpful tool to use in combat sports, it is often used to see if your opponent is making any errors or mistakes that can be taken advantage of, or your training adjusted accordingly to take advantage of it.

Here at Combat-Sports-Performance we also like to use video analysis to compare your bouts to see if changes in your training have actually had a positive effect on your performance, by measuring things such as punch accuracy, successful blocks made and movement around the ring. More specific analysis previously requested by clients is to see if 'that technique' you have been working on in the gym actually works and pays off in competition.
